Activating your account on AlNouri Customer Support

AlNouri Group Spain has implemented an improved customer support system to ensure all of our clients requirements are completed in a timely manner.


Once you sign our property management contract, we will proceed to adding your property to our management portfolio. Once all the documents are filed online and offline at our office, our customer support team will create an account for you on support.alnourigroup.com


Within 24 to 48 hours you will receive an activation email as shown below





Once you click on the email, this will redirect you to our customer support portal in order for you to establish a new password. This new password is to contain at least 8 characters and cannot contain the username. Once this is done, click on the ACTIVATE AND LOG IN BUTTON.
